Community Training Centres (CTC's) provide 1800 vocational training places to early school leavers(16-21 years old) under the Youth Reach initiative. IACTO is the employer representative body for the 34 independent community boards governing the CTC's. IACTO provide HR, collective employer relations and management support services to its membership. IACTO is compliant with The Governance Code.
